WEIRD DOLL WEDNESDAY, PART 302

Another baby doll in a tree from Isla De Las Munecase in Mexico City. From Wonderers Hub

Is it just me, or does the doll look weirdly happy?

Sorry about posting so late. I've been having internet problems all afternoon.

WEIRD DOLL WEDNESDAY, PART 301

Look what someone with free time made: Rosemary's Baby action figures!

My BFF sent me this photo awhile ago and I just found it hiding on my laptop. I don't where it originally came from.

Ruth Gordon and Mia Farrow standing in front of the Dakota in 1968. Awesome movie. Think I'll go have some chocolate mouse.

WEIRD DOLL WEDNESDAY, PART 300

300??????????????

Who knew I was going to be able to keep it up that long, not me. And who knew this existed?

An Edgar Allen Poe bobble head doll. About 10 or so years ago, I designed the costumes for  play called Nevermore. Based on the thought of what happened to Mr. Poe leading up to the day he was found dying in a gutter. He was seen boarding a ship, then disappearing and turning up days later in Baltimore, only to die a couple of days later. It's still a mystery. The playwriter set the play as fantasy ala A Christmas Carole where Poe goes through a guided tour of his stories instead of his life. He interacts with The Telltale Heart, The Gold Bug ect. This is the only photo I have from the show.

Poe and Annabell Lee. What's funny is I was planning on having the bobble head featured today, then I watched a movie called Twixt by Francis Ford Coppala and the lead has dreams where he's lead on an adventure by Edgar Allen Poe.  Hmm...………..
