WEIRD DOLL WEDNESDAY, PART 66

 

Another "stunner". Well, she looks stunned. I'm guessing by the little windmills on her dress she's Dutch. 

She's another tiny doll, that's my finger holding her by her one wooden shoe.  She's also sporting a crazy hair-do: plastic hair helmet sides with a fohawk on top.
