 I BLAME VIX AND THAT'S A GOOD THING

If you haven't checked out Vix at Vintage Vixen, you should. She takes amazing trips to India, so that inspired me to teach myself how to cook Indian food

First off, ordered a tons of real Indians food stuffs on line. Well, first I bought a cookbook!
Then I made this for dinner last night. Chickpea poppers, tofu curry, onion nan and soan cakes. Yummy! And The Doctor loved it! I'm not vegan, but I like to make healthy food. Happy Monday!

  2. OMG,you've dine Vix proud!And yourself!That is THE most delcious looking meal,and a sure way to my heart is showing off all the lovely groceries you bought! I consider myself reasonably cook at cooking Mexican style, but have always struggled with Indian.Doesn't stop me trying though!
    I'm inspired again to try this week now!

    1. Thanks, ladies. Come on over! Joni: I made this dinner on Sunday. Saturday was the all day at work, I made frozen pizza that night. Haha!
