What I did in the spring: State Fair! Welcome to America, 1949(or so) We made most of the dresses from vintage 1940's patterns, which are not the same size as modern patterns. A vintage pattern size 14 has a 32" bust. Really? 26" waist and 34" hips. Sounds more like a modern size 2. The fun is sizing the patterns up to fit modern collage women. A couple of years ago we scored some 1940's mens suits, thank you ebay. As I would love to tailor a couple, there just isn't time, we have 2 other productions in the spring.

So, with post #3, I've learned something new! I'll figure out how to set up "follow" one of these days!
