240? Dang, that's a ton of weird dolls.

Here's a solider/marching band member. She must of had a rough time, as she's missing a shoe. But her make-up is flawless.

The show we've been working on for what feels like forever has a preview tomorrow, then opens. That means get ready for photos of all our hard work.

WEIRD DOLL WEDNESDAY, PART 238

For some reason, I keep thinking it's the weekend. It's Spring Break and the building is full of high school kids.

Here's the brother of last weeks doll.

He has the same eyebrows.

Remember those 15 dresses? Got all be 2 put together today. Let's see, what's left? A fitting, sleeves, hemming and hook and bars. All most done (haha)

WINTER CAME BACK

At least we don't get snow here.

 It was finally chilly enough to wear my Anne "Spy Girl" Bray scarf. And my forgot I bought it coat. Also wearing a forgot about it sweater and a head wrap I bought from a co-worker. I found a bunch of "forgotten" clothes when I did my bi-yearly closet/drawers clean out. Whatever I don't want anymore goes to charity.

When I said "sweat shop mode" the other week I wasn't kidding. Here's a taste of what I've been working on.

8 Empire/1820's chorus costumes. The lighter blue are the 7 that need their shirts attached. That's tomorrow and the next day. Then all 15 of then get sleeves. No wonder I feel like I've been making the same costume over and over.

WEIRD DOLL WEDNESDAY, PART 237

Here's a sweet Chinese girl doll. Her eyebrows look like wings.

We're moving right along on the show. This week is Sweatshop week, 15 chorus costumes all the same. It's a lot of: flat line, serge, sew together repeat. Got about half done. They all need skirts.........

I've noticed my lack of "fashion posts". Truth be told, I haven't taken the time to figure out the self-timer on the new camera. Ok, I just found the user guide. I'll be trying to sort out the directions and start posting more outfit photos.
