WEIRD DOLL WEDNESDAY, PART 329                                                                                                                                                The other day I won 4 Native American dolls on an auction site. Here's the first one.                                                                            
 By the state on her clothes, I say she's pretty old. Her legs are wood and her head is clay.                                                                                                                                                                          

Here's a close up of her face and her little baby. There's no markings on her and I have no idea what tribe she is from. Any ideas?

    A Snookum or Minnetonka Doll they can be a 100 years old , yes i really am that sad when it comes to dolls...lol

    I vote with Kate. I'd date this Snookum to the 30s, based on the floral fabric. Very nice!
