PANTONE PARTY, HOT COLORS FOR 2014

What am I talking about? Why Spy Girls 52 Pick up challenge, what else?

Cerulean, Fuchsia Rose,  True Red, Aqua Sky, Tigerlily, Blue Turquoise, Sand Dollar, Chili Pepper, Blue Iris, Mimosa, Turquoise, Honeysuckle, Tangerine Tango, Emerald, Radiant Orchid.

Those are the Hot Colors for 2014! What's the difference between "turquoise" and "turquoise blue"? How the heck do I know?

Rocking turquoise last summer

My "Radiant Orchid" Hanna Anderson clogs from years ago. Yep, that's me, ahead of the trends again.

And it looks like I changed my blog's colors to "Fuchsia Rose" and "Blue Iris"......2 weeks ago. Hey, call me awesome.

I came across an article about the "hot colors in home decor for 2014" the other week. Hold onto your hats: gray, off-white, mustard yellow. Which explains why every home decorating show has been featuring those colors! Why, why, why would you paint your walls gray? It pulls all the color out of your skin and makes you look dead. And whatever happened to sage green? Just think how many people are re-painting their living rooms right now.  I'll stick with periwinkle.

I'm linking up to Spy Girl, you should too!

  3. The whole idea of trends and fashions for colours strikes me as highly amusing. If you like a colour, use it, in your home, your wardrobe, whatever, whether it's fashionable or not! You look great in turquoise, and I love the clogs! xxxx
